Pumpkin Custard Bread

Made this today-yummy, healthy!
Kind of a custard, kind of a bread.

1 small can pumpkin,
4 egg yolks,
1/2 C agave and honey blend,
2 t cinnamon (maybe more),
1 t ginger (maybe more),
1/2 t cloves,
1 C raw almond meal,
4 egg whites: beaten to stiff peaks,


Generously butter a 10 inch pie pan,
400'F oven,
Blend top seven ingredients well. Gently fold in egg whites. Pour into pie pan, smooth surface. Bake 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
